How often do you provide cleaning services?
Rosangela’s Cleaning Service is happy to provide cleaning services every day, once a week, every two weeks or once a month, depending on your cleaning needs.
You can also set up your own personalized schedule. Just contact us.
You can also request cleaning services for houses for events, libraries, clinics, beauty salons, restaurants, offices, condominiums, gyms, move-in/move-out cleaning…
You can update or change your cleaning plan to suit your schedule and needs whenever you prefer.
How can I pay for cleaning services?
Most of our cleaning service clients leave cash or a check payable to Rosangela’s Cleaning Service at the kitchen counter. But we do accept other forms of payment such as credit card and bank transfer.
Can I reschedule a scheduled service?
Rosangela’s Cleaning Service understands how unpredictable life can be. We work with scheduled cleanings to guarantee that we will be cleaning your home at the scheduled time, chosen most conveniently for you.
But if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your new appointment date and time. We will do our best to meet all your needs.

Whose responsibility is it to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?
Rosangela’s Cleaning Service supplies all the cleaning materials we need. We pride ourselves on using the best cleaning products and the best tools, such as vacuum cleaners, to ensure that your home is spotless after we leave.
Feel free to let us know if you prefer to use materials you trust. Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

We customize all our services to suit your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.
To ensure that we provide the highest quality and most transparent cleaning, when hiring our services we inform you of some items that are not normally included in conventional packages:
- The inside of your cabinets, stove and fridge.
- Toys.
- Fireplace interior.
- Some household appliances.
- Laundry.
- Washing some dishes.
- Outside high windows.
- Outside areas…
But we will be happy to clean extra items at your request.
What should I do before Rosangela's Cleaning Service arrives?
In order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of our services, we ask that you put away personal items, documents and some clothes before our team arrives.
We also ask that you find a place for your pets so that they are comfortable while we clean.
